Our Policies
At the core of our operations is BESPOKE SUPPORT. It therefore becomes pertinent that the safety and quality of the food we procure, prepare, store and serve to our clients and customers are monitored, controlled and managed systematically to ensure consistency in the delivery of our promise – safe, wholesome, and quality food experience. Our food safety management system is designed using HACCP based SOPs and SIPOC tools, developed and managed by a professional Food Safety and Quality Management specialist with more than 10 years industry experience in industrial catering.
Our waste management operations will include the separation and provision of a
system that sorts wastes by color-coding. Each segregate of wastes will be collected periodically during the routine cleaning services and deposited into the general waste receptacle for onward disposal at approved waste dumps, recycle system, composting system or renewable energy system.
Our front office management is systematically designed to give the project staff the best dining experience. This is built on the premise that there is a direct correlation between staff productivity and the perception they have of themselves and how they feel: imagine an experience where they are treated with courtesy and respect and made to feel good about themselves.
